CHP has created several lease-purchase homes in Columbus

The FDA is partnering with Columbus Housing Partnership to build 35 new quality homes in Franklinton! All will be available as "lease-purchase" with a 15-year rental period after which the currnet owner will have the option to buy. Rents are competitive to older houses in Franklinton.

City View wil also feature five fully handicap accessible units. Each will be 1,300 square feet with three bedrooms and will be ranch style for full accessibility.
