Franklinton Development Association (FDA), your local Community Development Corporation, has and continues to work diligently to increase the quality of the housing stock in this community. In the Spring of 2011 at his State of the City address, Mayor Michael B. Coleman announced a new initiative to attract the creative class to East Franklinton.
